Seven communities in the city of Chicago will have free tax preparation sites for low- and moderate-income people courtesy of the Center for Economic Progress.
These include four NCP neighborhoods -- Auburn Gresham, North Lawndale, Pilsen and Quad Communities -- along with three others, Ashburn, Uptown and the Loop.
