More than 500 neighborhood and city leaders gathered May 18, 2005, to celebrate the rollout of 10 new quality-of-life plans by New Communities Program neighborhoods. The rollout culminated 18 months of planning that involved more than 3,500 people. Three additional plans were completed in 2006 and 2007. Download all the NCP plans here.
