Carlos Nelson, Executive Director
(GADC) as Executive Director . He is a mechanical
engineer with a strong background in housing development and community
organizing. Among Carlos’ many skill sets is the ability to simplify and
communicate complex issues and opportunities to the public, thus ensuring that
all are informed and can actively participate in local planning and development
initiatives.
Nicole (Johnson) Jones serves as the NCP Director .

Nicole Jones, NCP Director
extensive background in housing development, real
estate investment and finance, and she is an entrepreneur with extensive
residential and retail real estate holdings. She passionately believes in
self-sufficiency for all residents and is committed to participating actively in
community development efforts to help realize that goal. Her positive energy and
personal charisma are powerfully present in her work.

Michael Stanley, NCP Organizer
manager, serves as a NCP Outreach Coordinator .
Michael owns two businesses and is an outspoken advocate for both individual
accountability and Christianity. He has outstanding interpersonal skills and
enjoys interacting with a wide cross section of community residents and
stakeholders. Michael is responsible for communications and technology
initiatives at GADC as the inter-office technical advisor and editor of the
Vision newsletter.
Linda Johnson is a

Linda Johnson, Office Manager
serves as
Office Manager for GADC. She focuses on administration at GADC and acts as the
primary coordinator for the Department of Housing's Home Repairs for Accessible
and Independent Living Program(H-RAIL). Linda is an experienced real estate
investor with a history of community involvement. She combines the patience of a
teacher with the keen attention to detail of an accountant.
